Congratulations on your purchase of a new MOONI® mattress. With MOONI®, you’ve chosen a thoughtfully engineered sleep system made with premium materials and designed to provide long-lasting comfort and customizable support. Every MOONI® mattress comes with a 10-Year Limited Warranty, crafted to ensure peace of mind and a better night’s sleep for years to come.

To validate your warranty, scan the QR code to register your product and retain your original receipt and warranty card throughout the warranty period.

Warranty Coverage

The MOONI 10-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty begins on the day you receive your mattress and covers the following:

  • Sagging or body impressions greater than 3 cm not resulting from improper use or bed base issues.
  • Foam cracks or hollowing resulting from manufacturing defects and reported within one (1) month of delivery.
  • Failure to fully expand within 14 days of unpacking (industry standard allows 2 cm variance in any dimension).
  • Manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials, confirmed by MOONI’s team.

 

What Makes Mooni Special?
  • Customizable Foam Layers: MOONI mattresses allow users to swap and reconfigure internal foam layers to meet personal comfort preferences.
  • Washable Topper: For hygiene and easy maintenance, our topper is designed to be removable and washable (follow care label instructions).
  • Durability: Built to support up to 400 kg with proper use and care.

 

What is Not Covered?

Your warranty may be voided under the following conditions:

  • Stains, spills, odors, or soiling (blood, urine, etc.)
  • Use with an improper or unsupportive bed base, including flexible/slatted bases with more than 6 cm gaps or adjustable bases
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or mishandling, including jumping, bending, or dragging
  • Exposure to high humidity or unsanitary storage conditions
  • Mattresses purchased as display models, used items, or without a valid proof of purchase
  • Modifications by unauthorized repair services

 

Proper Bed Base Requirements
  • Twin/Full: Minimum 4-legged frame
  • Queen: Minimum 5-legged frame with center support
  • King: Minimum 6-legged frame with center support
  • For slatted frames: slats should be no more than 6 cm apart

 

Register Your Warranty

Your Mooni Mattress comes with a warranty card inside the package. To register, scan the QR code on the card and fill out the form. This helps ensure a smooth claiming process should you ever need it.

Warranty Claim Process
  1. Initiate your claim by emailing [email protected]
  2. Include the following:
    • Copy of the original sales invoice
    • Photos of the defect
    • Description of how the mattress has been used and the base it has been placed on
  1. Claims will be processed within 30-45 business days once all required documentation is submitted.

 

If your claim is approved, MOONI will provide a replacement, repair, or partial credit based on the pro-rated value of the mattress:

Shipping and handling costs for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • The warranty is valid for residential use only.
  • Failure to follow care and maintenance instructions will void this warranty.

 

For best results, we recommend rotating your mattress every few months and using a high-quality mattress protector.
